Handan Yongnian District Qianheng Fastener Co., Ltd. is a factory-direct manufacturer, founded in 2008. Our own plant in Yongnian District, Handan City, Hebei Province, China covers 5,000 m2, employs 50-100 people and holds 300+ tonnes of tie rods, nuts, plates and water-stop assemblies in standing stock. The factory operates under ISO 9001:2015 (quality), ISO 14001:2015 (environment) and ISO 45001:2018 (occupational health and safety) management systems. Buying direct removes the trading margin and lets us adjust dimensions and surface treatment to your project.

Stocked sizes ship within 3 days; custom sizes made to drawing take 7-15 days. Lead time is counted from order confirmation and may vary with surface treatment and order volume. These are expected dispatch times, not transit times.

Rated tensile capacity is approximately 150 kN for a D15 (DW15) system and 230 kN for D20 (Rd20); larger D25/D26.5 sets reach 330-430 kN. These are rated figures, not allowable working loads. Divide by the project safety factor (commonly 2 to 3) after calculating the fresh-concrete lateral pressure for the actual pour height and rate. Final selection must always come from the formwork pressure calculation, not from a previous project layout.

A standard through-tie is withdrawn and reused after the concrete cures, leaving a hole through the wall that must be plugged. A water-stop tie rod keeps a middle section permanently embedded, fitted with a welded water-stop plate that breaks the capillary water path along the bar. It is required for basements, water tanks, tunnels, reservoirs and any water-retaining structure.

Yes. We manufacture to customer drawings or physical samples, including non-standard diameters, lengths, thread pitches and plate dimensions. Send the drawing with material grade, tolerance and surface treatment requirements and we will confirm the production route before quoting.
