On-Site Photos
Real photos from construction sites where our formwork fasteners are installed. No stock images, no renders.
Wall Formwork Tie-Rod Systems
Vertical wall panels held by D15 or D20 tie rods with wing nuts and walers, plus cone connectors where the rod has to be recovered. The photos show corner assemblies, the overhead fastener runs and the tie spacing that keeps the panel face straight under pour pressure.

Single-Sided Formwork and Bracing
Where one face of the wall is inaccessible, the formwork is braced from a single side with embedded anchors and a dense support grid. The photos show the bracing pattern, the panel connectors and the anchor layout that carries the pour load.

Fasteners, Anchors and Site Details
Close-ups of tie rods, anchor plates, column cages and yard handling. These are the parts that decide whether a panel lines up: thread condition, plate seating, cone removal and the panel sequence at the stack.

How a project is delivered
The same route every order takes, whether it is one pallet of stock nuts or a full set of custom tie rods for a wall programme.
- 1
Send the requirement
Drawing, spec sheet or a written list: diameter or thread, length, class, finish and quantity per size.
- 2
Technical review
We check the dimensions against the thread and material class, flag anything that cannot be rolled or will not assemble, and confirm the drawing back to you.
- 3
Quotation
Priced by size and finish, with packing and lead time stated. No price is quoted without a confirmed specification.
- 4
Sample and approval
For non-standard parts, a sample is made and gauged before the production run starts.
- 5
Production and inspection
Thread gauging, hardness, tensile and coating checks with batch records, plus third-party inspection where the contract requires it.
- 6
Packing and shipping
Set or BOM packing, VCI protection, seaworthy crates, then documents: mill certificate, batch test report, packing list and invoice.
What to send us for a priced answer
- Product and drawing reference, or a clear description of the part
- Diameter or thread form, and the overall length
- Property class or required rated capacity
- Surface finish with a thickness range if corrosion life matters
- Quantity per size, and whether it repeats
- Packing requirement and destination port or site
- Certification required, for example EN 10204 3.1
- Target delivery date and whether it is a stock or custom item
Documents that ship with the goods
- Mill certificate for the heat used (EN 10204 3.1 on request)
- Batch tensile test record matched to the heat number on the rod
- Coating thickness record where a coating is specified
- Packing list with bundle weights and crate marks
