Inspection at six points
- Incoming steel checked against the certificate before it enters the line
- Thread rolled, then gauged with go / no-go gauges on every batch
- Hardness checked after heat treatment for class 8.8 and above
- Tensile tested on samples, with the record filed against the heat number
- Coating thickness measured after galvanizing or plating
- Final dimensional and visual check before packing and marking
