تتحرك قوالب التسلق والقوالب الكابولية صعوداً على الجدار، لذلك يتحمل المخروط الحمل نفسه مراراً ويجب أن يخرج نظيفاً في كل مرة. تغطي هذه السلسلة مجموعة المخروط المكوّنة من أربع قطع — صامولة مخروطية، ومسمار تحميل، وقضيب لولبي، ولوحة أساس — بثمانية مقاسات، إضافة إلى الجلبات التي تبقي ثقب الشد مفتوحاً.

Climbing and cantilever formwork moves up the wall lift by lift, so the anchorage has to take the same load repeatedly and release cleanly every time. The four-piece tie cone assembly — cone nut, load bolt, screw rod and base plate — is cast into the wall, carries the form load, and then unscrews so the cone can be recovered and the hole plugged. A cone that binds or a thread that galls costs a shift on a climbing cycle, which is why the steel grade and thread finish matter more here than on a one-off pour.
Eight kit sizes span M24D15, M24D20, M30D15, M30D20, M36D20, M36D25, M42D25 and M42D26.5, with system tensile ratings from 150 kN on the M24D15 and M30D15 up to 430 kN on the M42D25. Cone and rod are 45# steel, the load bolt is class 10.9, and plate and sleeve are QT450-10 ductile iron. Choose the four-piece set where the sleeve is not needed and the five-piece set where the tie hole has to stay clear for the next lift. Match the D-number to the tie rod diameter used on the same form so one rod serves both systems.
Common sizes ship from stock in about three days; the larger M42 sizes and special plate dimensions take 7–15 days. Because a climbing system is ordered as a cycle set, we quote cones together with the matching rods and plates so the recovered parts and the new parts are dimensionally interchangeable lift after lift. Sets are packed by size in marked boxes — mixing sizes in one carton is the fastest way to stall a climbing cycle on site.
قضيب شد القوالب هو قضيب مجلوب ذو سنّ عالي القوة، يعمل مع الصواميل والصفائح المرتكزة والعوارض الأفقية على تثبيت ألواح القوالب في مواجهة الضغط الجانبي للخرسانة الطازجة. يمر عبر الجدار إما فيُسترد بالكامل بعد فك القوالب (قضيب نافذ يُستخدم مع جلبة)، أو يُدمج بشكل دائم (نوع بطرف مفقود / مانع للتسرب).
